What can I expect when I walk in?
You'll receive a warm welcome and will be encouraged to roam every square inch. Unlike other design centers, Cedar Hollow upon entry feels like a well furnished home. Each room is thematic and accessorized thusly. Our spaces are "living" showrooms that feature the talent of many designers and artisans.

Can I purchase items directly from CHDC?
Cedar Hollow offers many items that are "cash and carry" if you will. From luxury candles and hand-woven baskets in our boutique to fine art, antiques and furniture. Most everything in our showroom can be purchased on the spot.

Does CHDC specialize in a certain type of design?
Whereas, the exterior of our 1840's restored general store appears traditional in style--the sensibilities of our designers and artisans run the stylistic gamut. Many of our rooms currently reflect the traditional nature of those surroundings. As we grow we will be featuring a broad spectrum of   styles including contemporary, mid-century modern and sustainable design.

What is the benefit of working with CHDC versus directly with the designer or artisan?
Often times our clients do work directly with our featured designers and artisans, but we make the connection and the process seamless and at no added cost to the client. In many instances our artisans and designers do not have their own showrooms to exhibit their specialties, as they are always hard at work--designing, fabricating, etc., CHDC is their trusted partner and yours.

How will I know what is available/possible?
The Cedar Hollow Design staff is well versed on all manner of their offerings, from custom designed cabinetry to in home wine cellar design. We will go to every measure to help you understand the possibilities and realize your vision. We encourage you to bring magazines, books, fabric swatches and anything else that is a reflection of your style.
